The PDO extra virgin olive oil (Protected Designation of Origin) is obtained directly by the cold pressing of selected Cultivar Taggiasca olives, of exclusive Ligurian origin, as certified by the appropriate Consortium. It’s our most valuable product, a perfect balance of flavors characterized by a delicate sweetness and elegant notes of almond. Its delicate taste enhances flavors and is ideal for seasoning the most simple salad as well as the finest fish dish.
